Magnetic Mobile respects your privacy and takes the handling of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we treat the information we collect when you use the website www.magneticmobile.com (the “Site”). Whenever you submit information via the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Changes.

Magnetic Mobile may change this Privacy Policy on an as-needed basis. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site, so that you will always be aware of the information Magnetic Mobile collects and how it is used. 2. Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

As a business service, Magnetic Mobile does not target its offerings toward and does not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years of age.

3. Uses of Information.

If you opt in to receive future communication from Magnetic Mobile your email address will be used to deliver electronic communication. Your information will not be shared with any organizations or companies under any circumstance, within the limits of the law. 4. Email Newsletter & MailChimp.

We use the MailChimp email service provider platform for email newsletters and other types of email communication. MailChimp has TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal, which means this privacy policy has been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with their program requirements, including transparency, accountability, and choice related to the collection and use of your Personal Information. 5. Surveys, Questionnaires & Wufoo.

We may collect information about you and your projects using Wufoo, an online survey platform. Wufoo stores all information on a secure server. To learn more about their policies, click here.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure.

We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with partners and/or investors. This information does not identify individual users. We may use it learn about the geographic location of our users or other ways to make the experience better for you. We will also use it to report aggregate statistics on how the Site is used in order to improve the user experience.

7. Content Management & WordPress.

The Site uses a secure WordPress instance as a back end content management system. Some Personally Identifiable Information submitted through the Site (for example, by way of the contact form) may be stored in our content management system which is hosted on a secure server. We never share or sell this information with third parties.

8. Service Providers.

We may use an outside company to maintain the back end of the Site. This company does not retain, share, store, or use Personal Information for any other purposes.

9. Analytics & Log Files.

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. We use this information – which does not identify individual users – to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information. Magnetic Mobile uses third-party tracking services such as Google Analytics, Crazy Egg and Moz that use cookies [log files] to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to the Site in the aggregate (i.e. user paths, entrance pages, exit pages, most visited pages, most clicked links) to help us understand better visitor behavior on the Site so we can improve the Site’s user interface and provide additional content in content categories that are most popular amongst Site users.

We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personal Information you submit while on the Site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies.
